Society where I come from doesn\u2019t recognize women as equal to men.
The birth and success of women isn\u2019t celebrated everywhere.
Women suffer, women suffocate and women die.
Yes I do know that every picture has two aspects.
You can\u2019t reply on one only.
The day I decided to leave my country, no one backed me up.
NO ONE.
The day I got my acceptance letter from the university,
nobody was happy, including my parents.
No one encouraged me when I needed that the most.
No one stood by me when I needed someone the most.
Looked around, found no one.
Looked at myself, got all answers.
What kept me going, me.
They thought of me as an escapist
who couldn\u2019t bear the failure
of not getting a good job in Pakistan. (Yes I got rejected many times.)
But I didn\u2019t give up.
Write down my words, never give up.
I didn\u2019t know that something better was coming.
And it finally came.
I learned the art of living.
To all those women who think they can\u2019t achieve their goals,
they are wrong.
To all those women who are living under society pressure,
break those shackles.
To all those women who have lost hope after marriage,
find your inner strength and utilize it.
To all those women dealing with depression, negativity and anxiety,
come out of it as there is hope and this too shall pass.
To all those women who have lost faith,
have faith in yourself.
To all those women dependent on others,
recognize your talent and be independent.
To all those amazing wonderful and incredibly talented women,
you\u2019re more worthy than you think.
All of you are your HERO.
All you women, you look at me, I stumbled, fell down, betrayed and shamed,
I\u2019m still breathing, standing with confidence.
Did they get succeed in putting me down?
Yes they did try.
But I defeated them.
The best reply was to not give up.
And it is quite OKAY to cry,
its normal but don\u2019t underestimate yourself.
Everyone makes mistakes.
Don\u2019t stress yourself.
For heaven\u2019s sake, don\u2019t lose hope nor be sad.
